Associate Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management - Flint, MI

Responsibilities
- Perform technical support for CRM devices including system checks, implant support, and troubleshooting
- Manage operational logistics including patient documentation, inventory, equipment, and programmer software maintenance
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, and team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions
- Travel extensively within Flint territory (approximately 80% of time) to support customer sites
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify customer opportunities and support purchase activities
Requirements
- High school diploma plus minimum 4 years healthcare/field sales experience
- Associate's degree plus minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance meeting company standards
- Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently and work 8+ hours daily in clinical settings
- Willingness to wear lead protection for extended periods and tolerate radiation exposure
- Availability for weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage
