Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-Speaking Preferred)
Position Type: Permanent and Locums Options Available
Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established, patient-centered practice. This opportunity is open to both experienced providers and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality pediatric care in a supportive clinical environment.
Compensation & Incentives

Permanent Position:

Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 (DOE)
Federal Loan Repayment Eligible - up to $80,000 over 2 years

Locums Option:

Flexible engagement for providers not ready to commit to permanent placement
Travel and Lodging

Schedule & Workload

Monday - Friday schedule
1-hour daily lunch break
20 total patient encounters per day
- Approximately 20 direct patient care visits
- Remaining volume supported by clinical staff and workflow efficiencies

Clinical Support

Strong, experienced Medical Assistant and nursing team
Full support with blood work, immunizations, and patient flow
Efficient clinic operations designed to optimize provider productivity and reduce administrative burden

Candidate Requirements

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Open to new graduates and experienced providers
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
