Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide compassionate care to newborns in the NICU
• Manage respiratory support and MicroPremie care
• Assist with surgeries (excluding heads/hearts)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Level II-III NICU experience
• Valid BLS and NRP certifications
