Associate Medical Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit Opening | Michigan Metro|JO-2503-12014

Step into a leadership opportunity at a mission-driven behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan. We are seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on clinical care, in a highly collaborative, patient-first setting. The Opportunity Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
50/50 split of clinical and administrative duties, lead while staying connected to patient care
Play a pivotal role in recruitment and consultation for new psychiatric staff members

Compensation and Benefits
