About the Opportunity

Are you a driven leader looking to make a high-impact move in a fast-growing company? SAWS LLC, an established Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our North San Diego County locations. In this role, you will develop management and shift leaders, cultivate exceptional guest experiences, and serve as a cornerstone of our strategic expansion over the next several years.

Core Leadership Impact

• Multi-Unit Strategy: Oversee 4–6 store locations, executing tailored strategies to achieve financial, operational, and guest-satisfaction targets while addressing site-specific opportunities.
• Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and empower General Managers and Assistant Managers to build strong, cohesive store teams.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous brand standards, food safety compliance, and company policies across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive total operational performance, sales growth, and P&L profitability across your portfolio.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-performing store personnel.
• Ensure seamless execution of marketing window campaigns, product launches, and new operational processes.
• Perform routine store audits, lead team meetings, and manage employee performance reviews.
• Serve as an escalation point for guest service resolution and operational support.
• Maintain complete hands-on capability to perform store-level team member and manager duties when necessary.

Qualifications & Qualifications

• Multi-Unit Experience: 2+ years managing multi-unit operations, P&Ls, inventory, and customer service (QSR and drive-thru experience preferred).
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and inspiring diverse teams.
• Strategic Problem Solver: Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a positive, integrity-first attitude.

Position Requirements

• Full-time availability (regularly exceeding 40 hours/week), including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
