Location: Employment type: Full-time Experience: 0-3 years Role: overview We’re looking for a Pool Service Technician to run a weekly service route and deliver consistent, high-quality pool care for our customers. This hands-on, customer-facing role includes cleaning pools, balancing water chemistry, inspecting equipment, and communicating clearly with customers and our internal team. We value technicians who take ownership of their route, work efficiently, and take pride in keeping pools clean, safe, and swim-ready. Responsibilities Manage a weekly pool service route Perform routine pool cleanings, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal Test and balance water chemistry accurately Clean skimmers, baskets, filters, tile lines, and salt cells Inspect pool equipment and identify potential repair needs Communicate service notes, issues, and recommendations clearly to the office Maintain company truck, tools, and chemical inventory Follow all safety procedures and company service standards Provide professional, respectful service at every customer visit What we’re looking for Eager to learn pool water chemistry, circulation systems, and best-practice service routines Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized with a take-ownership mindset Comfortable working independently, managing your day, and following a consistent route Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round Comfortable using a smartphone and service apps to document work and communicate clearly Willing to earn CPO certification (or already certified) and keep learning on the job Why you’ll love working here Clear expectations and accountability Well-organized routes and operations Supportive, team-first culture Leadership that cares about doing things the right way Opportunity to grow into senior technician or leadership roles What success looks like Success in this role looks like running a consistent, on-time weekly route where every pool is left clean, balanced, and swim-ready.
