Kansas City - Med/Hem/Oncology - Medical Director or Staff Position $700k base

Position

• Seeking staff oncologists and an oncology medical director ($50k additional stipend for med dir)
\n
• High demand – new and established patients waiting for you 
\n
• Opportunity to join and grow an established Accredited Oncology program
\n
• New state-of-the-art oncology center planned for the entire 5th floor
\n
• Diagnosed over 2010 new cancer cases in Sept 2024- Sept 25
\n
• 4 or 5-day work week options
\n
• Clinic volumes: Avg 20-30 patients per day depending on your comfortability
\n
• Inpatient volume: Around 20 patients
\n
• Each physician assigned their own APP (NP or PA)
\n
• Collaborative environment with established radiation oncology program
\n
• Nurse navigators, genetic counseling, speech and language pathology, pain management, palliative care, rehab and physical/occupational therapy, dieticians, social services, support groups, and more.
\n

Call Schedule

\n
• 1:3 moving to 1:4 call schedule
\n
• APPs take first call – hospitalists admit/discharge
\n
• MDs round in the morning
\n

Compensation and Benefits

• Verified earning potential of $800,000-$900,000

• $50k sign-on bonus
