Key Responsibilities Support onboarding tasks and employee documentation Assist with recruitment coordination and administrative duties Maintain organized records and support internal communications Help with scheduling, reporting, and process tracking Gain exposure to finance processes (invoices, expense tracking) Contribute to a small cross‑functional improvement project Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with a proactive attitude Detail‑oriented with strong time management Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Skills Interest in HR or business administration Analytical mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively Internship Details Duration: June 29 – August 14 (Summer Internship) Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week (9‑3 with 1 hour lunch break.
