Job Description

The NICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN is responsible for continuous patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and continuous monitoring
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
• Support neonatal respiratory and critical care needs

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
• Recent acute-care Neonatal ICU experience
• BLS required
• NRP required
