Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong pay built for local work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*

Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift.

Shifts built around local freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM.

Scheduling that works. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season.

Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.

Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*

Get started strong. Earn $500 orientation completion pay right out of the gate, plus up to $7,500 in sign-on bonus paid out over your first year for drivers who maintain strong performance.*
Refer a driver, get rewarded. MAST's referral bonus pays $4,500 when you refer a qualified driver who joins the team.
