$6,000 per month## Business Development Partner **About Us**Chelsea Recruits (operating in China under the Sagehelm Scholars Group) partners with international schools, bilingual schools, private schools, universities and education groups by providing international education consultancy, curriculum solutions, teacher recruitment, leadership development and institutional partnerships. We are expanding our network across China and are looking for experienced independent business development professionals to introduce our services to schools within their existing networks. ### About the Role This is an independent contractor/freelance opportunity. If you already have established relationships with school principals, school owners, HR directors, academic directors or university decision-makers, we would like to work with you. Your role is simple: * Introduce the Sagehelm Scholars Group to schools, vocational colleges, adult training centres, and universities within your network.
* Make warm introductions to decision-makers.
* Help arrange introductory meetings.
* Support relationship development where appropriate. Our team will handle presentations, proposals, negotiations and service delivery. ### Who We're Looking For You may already be: * An education recruiter

* An education consultant
* A business development professional within the education sector Existing relationships with international schools, bilingual schools, private schools or universities in China are highly desirable. ### Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with attractive commission and finder's fees for successful introductions that lead to signed consultancy or recruitment agreements. There is no cap on earnings, and you are free to continue operating your existing business.
