As a Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the ACTTAY (Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional Age Youth) team by managing non-clinical operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and ensuring the smooth coordination of services. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client care. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential.In this dynamic role, you will coordinate schedules, triage calls, support intake processes, and assist with reporting and data tracking.
