Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, licensed (or license-eligible) Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Osceola County. This unique hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic services in the comfort of clients' homes and in community settings within Osceola County, while also maintaining the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth for clients outside your immediate geographic radius. You will serve a diverse caseload, providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and couples therapy to a diverse client base in Osceola County (in-home/in-person) and statewide via telehealth. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Play Therapy, etc.) tailored to client needs. Travel to client homes and community locations within the Osceola County area for scheduled in-person sessions. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, physicians, and other providers to ensure holistic continuity of care. Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings (virtual or in-person). Maintain a caseload that meets productivity expectations while prioritizing quality of care. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited university. Licensure: Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or registration as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern. We are also open to fully licensed clinicians with the appropriate Florida credentials. (preferred) Experience: Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families is strongly preferred. Experience with trauma, attachment, and behavioral issues is a plus. Technical Skills: Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Must have reliable internet access for virtual sessions. Transportation: Valid Florida driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of current auto insurance (required for in-home travel). Background Check: Must pass Level II background screening and drug screening. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: $ 45/hr. Flexible Scheduling: YOU control your calendar.
