Account Representative Assistant

Position: Account Representative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and responsive attitude toward internal and external customer inquiries, stepping in when other sales staff are unavailable.
- Partner with Account Representatives to process customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team by ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Confirm customer orders, ensuring alignment with quote pricing, delivery terms, and other requirements.
- Generate sales and work orders based on confirmed customer purchase orders.
- Manage customer change orders and cancellations.
- Assist with maintaining accurate part data records.
- Organize and file closed purchase orders from the previous year.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years office experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams.
- ERP and CRM experience are a plus but not required.
- Experience with Sage software is preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Hourly Wage: $19.15 - $23.00
