Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Locust Grove, GA | Flexible Schedule

Are you a licensed PT tired of back-to-back patients, productivity quotas, and clinic politics? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one, outpatient-quality care in patients' homes across the Locust Grove area — on a schedule you control.

What the Job Looks Like:

You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes, building individualized care plans and documenting in real time. Your day is yours to organize — you set your schedule, build your caseload, and aren't double-booked. You'll have a clinical team behind you and shadowing available if you're newer to home health.

What We're Looking For:

• Active PT license in Georgia (required).
• Reliable transportation (required).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — we provide shadowing.
