Debe tener al menos 4 horas de disponibilidad durante el da (entre las 5:00 a. m. y las 4:00 p. m.) al menos tres das a la semana.

Responsabilidades de los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa:
- Preparar, cocinar, ensamblar y presentar alimentos de manera segura, rpida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Conozca las tareas para todas las estaciones de cocina, incluidas las papas fritas, el empanado, el ensamblaje, las tablas y la preparacin de alimentos
- Almacene el inventario de la cocina segn sea necesario
- Mantn la cocina ordenada, limpia y ordenada en todo momento
- Mantngase al da con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A
- Trabaje de manera segura alrededor del equipo de cocina e informe cualquier problema de mantenimiento al liderazgo
- Mantenga el conocimiento personal completando la capacitacin interna y mantngase actualizado sobre cualquier cambio
- Completar todas las tareas de apertura o cierre segn lo asignado
- Cumplir con las reglas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A en todo momento
- Otras tareas asignadas
