Job description:We are seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our maintenance team. This role involves working on heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. If you're skilled in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and precision repair, this is a strong long-term opportunity.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic equipmentPerform precision alignments, rigging, welding, fabrication, and equipment rebuildsDiagnose mechanical issues and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtimeConduct preventive and predictive maintenance on production machineryRead and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work ordersWork safely around molten metal, high-temperature equipment, and heavy industrial processesCollaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teamsQualificationsIndustrial millwright experience in a steel mill, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment preferredStrong skills in mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipmentAbility to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot industrial conditionsWelding and fabrication ability required (SMAW, MIG, oxy-fuel cutting)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and respond to emergency maintenance needsSafety-focused mindset and familiarity with industrial safety procedures#ITS12
