Job Summary:

Provide occupational therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
  
  
• 
  Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with patient goals and clinical best practices.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate a wide range of diagnoses and patient conditions.
  
  
• 
  Comply with licensing, vaccination, fingerprinting, and travel requirements mandated by state and facility policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license or be in the process of obtaining it at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 1 year of recent clinical experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate ability to work with both pediatric and adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  
  
• 
  Be available to work scheduled hours from 07:30 to 18:00, including potential holiday coverage.
  
  
• 
  Completion of Minnesota fingerprinting and lab requirements within specified timelines.
  
  
• 
  Must meet travel compliance and local policy definitions as outlined.
