RN ICU Float Pool Multiple Shifts

Overview Location: UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, Colorado Springs, CO. Department: Staffing Office. Schedule: Full Time, Part Time or PRN available. Shift: Nights, Weekends, Rotating shifts available. Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour. Pay is dependent on relevant experience. This is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. ACLS; BLS - American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be valid through sixty days after hire. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care at the top of scope using the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency through precepting new to healthcare staff and/or UCHealth. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. In ICU: Direct care in a technically complex environment with evidence-based care models; documentation and collaboration with Clinical Educators for competency validation during orientation.
