The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN LVN performs specific nursing services, designed to promote and maintain health, prevent illness and injury, and provide care based on standards established or recognized by the Board of Nursing, provided that performance of such services is under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses. Licenses/Certification: Current Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN License issued in the state of facility location. BLS required. ACLS preferred. Experience: Minimum one year’s prior experience in an acute care setting preferred. Safety Sensitive-Designated Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
