Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); SLPA or CFY credentials are not eligible
  • Experience in a school-based setting, working with students in grades K-12, is highly desirable
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students (37.5 hours per week)
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and document all services in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and collaborative planning sessions
  • Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies and resources for effective support
