Data Management For Clinical Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement ProgramResponsible for data management for Cahaba Medical Care Foundation's clinical quality assurance/quality improvement program, under the direction of the CQO.ResponsibilitiesPerform chart audits, run reports and update registries that help facilitate the program data management process and achieve improvement in QA/QI measuresCollect required data and information from providers, other staff, and patients in order to ensure accuracy and completeness in patient chartsReview for completeness; follow up where necessary. Perform quality assessment of the data collected; follow up when indicated.Work with staff at all office locations to facilitate data collection, verification and entryPerform patient follow up by phone call in order to schedule appointments and gather or update informationQualificationsFamiliarity with Athena electronic medical record strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google AppsExcellent attention to detailExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
