About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Philanthropic Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the President to oversee the foundation's philanthropic portfolio, with a focus on the legacy, non-strategic, and social change program areas. This role is pivotal in the foundation's current phase, as it is dedicated to the thoughtful and analytical management of its resources to create a lasting impact. The Vice President will be instrumental in guiding the foundation through its final chapter, ensuring that the philanthropic efforts are in line with the values and vision of the founders. Applicants for the Vice President position should be highly skilled in philanthropic management, with a proven track record in the field. The role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the development and implementation of the foundation's giving strategies. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, including the ability to identify and evaluate potential grantees, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in social change, be adept at financial management, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively partner with the President and other stakeholders.
