You’ll take on a full-time assignment providing expert assessment and intervention, utilizing strong clinical skills to benefit a diverse caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active professional license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, held for at least one year
- At least one year of experience developing and implementing IEPs in a school environment
- Familiarity with current best practices in pediatric therapy
- Self-motivated, with a genuine commitment to creating a positive difference in the lives of students
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Proven organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Comfortable with current technology; able to learn new software, complete digital documentation, and troubleshoot as needed
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions onsite for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Provide thorough assessments and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in the IEP process, contributing to student success plans
- Stay current with best practices, utilizing available resources and ongoing professional training
