HERE'S THE DEAL: Pay: $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 per year Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM WHAT TO EXPECT EVERY DAY AS A PHYSICIAN: Imagine beginning your morning by evaluating patients, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing preventive health education that can change lives for years to come. Throughout your day, you'll perform examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures while coordinating referrals, specialty care, laboratory testing, and follow-up services. You'll collaborate with fellow providers, mentor mid-level practitioners, participate in peer reviews, and help develop innovative clinical programs that improve patient outcomes. Between documenting care, supporting quality initiatives, training staff members, and helping implement new technologies, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care while contributing to the continued growth and success of Bay Area Community Health. LET'S TALK BENEFITS FIRST: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short- and long-term disability FSA and dependent care 403(b) retirement plan PTO and paid holidays Commuter program spending account and a scrubs allowance Employee wellness programs and a loan repayment program YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU: Medical Degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency program Valid and current California Medical License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice (Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within two years of employment) Current DEA Registration Current AHA-approved ACLS and/or CPR certification Access to reliable transportation Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based systems Commitment to serving diverse populations and providing exceptional customer service Preferred candidates will have at least one year of directly related experience, Community Health or Public Health experience, and bilingual abilities in Spanish or Mandarin.
