As a Team Member at 3 Natives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality, fresh, and nutritious food items. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all menu items are made to order while maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in selecting menu items.
Provide product recommendations and answer any questions about ingredients or nutritional benefits.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality experience.
Food Preparation & Operations:
Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to company standards.
Follow portion control guidelines and food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep up with demand.
