If you're looking for a role, as a Senior Market Research Analyst, where you can make a meaningful impact and grow your career, your next adventure starts here!Our Market Research Analyst enjoys robust benefits:Health & Wellness: Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance (Short-Term and Long-Term).Financial Security: 401k Retirement Plan with a generous matchWork-Life Balance: Four weeks of PTO and Pet Insurance for your furry family members.What you can expect as a Market Research Analyst :Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market research projects focused on state-level insurance markets, competitive dynamics, and regulatory & financial trends.Oversee the collection, validation, and interpretation of data from sources such as NAIC, KBRA, S&P Global, AM Best, and state Departments of Insurance.Manage and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor market shifts and competitor performance.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative research findings.Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of analytical rigor and curiosity.Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, actuarial, and business development teams to align research efforts with business priorities.Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives.What we are looking for as a Market Research Analyst:2+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis preferably within the insurance industry preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Strong understanding of insurance financials, market structures, and regulatory environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional designation (e.g., CPCU, ARM) preferred.Extensive experience working with public datasets such as NAIC, AM Best, U.S. Census, and S&P Global.Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions through research and analysis.Experience in a strategy, product, actuarial, or business development function within a P&C insurance organization preferred.Why work for Frontline Insurance?At Frontline Insurance, we're more than just a workplace – we're a community of innovators, problem solvers, and dedicated professionals committed to our core values: Integrity, Patriotism, Family, and Creativity.
