Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Talascend is currently seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) for a contract opportunity located in Mesa, AZ.

OVERVIEW

Will perform quality surveillance activitiesdefined by the assignment scope to verify, through monitoring, observation, document review, and selective hands-on inspection, thatsupplier furnished material and equipment conforms to the technical and quality requirements of the procurement documents. Will verify that equipment or materials include defined attributes of recognized codes and standards and procurement document requirements. Rejects material found non-conforming to procurement document requirements. Collaborates with the supplier and project supplierquality personnel to identify a course of action to achieve satisfactory disposition of disclosed non-conformances.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have strong computer skills. Detailed weekly reporting documentation required. Reliable transportation. Must travel to other locations as needed. We thank all applicants for their interest.
