Registered Nurse Cardiac Telemetry

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 4D Cardiac Surg Intermediate unit, a 28-bed monitored Progressive Care Unit providing high acuity care to post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular, and medical overflow patients. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. The role involves performing duties aligned with organizational standards, providing compassionate, team-oriented care in a busy setting, and mentoring team members. Opportunities exist for cross-training with Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs, with career advancement pathways into ICU units.
