Summary

The Customer Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between distributor partners, field sales teams, customers, and internal operations. This role is responsible for coordinating customer support activities, overseeing order processing, supporting quoting and shipping efforts, and ensuring efficient communication between external partners and internal departments. Communicate with patients to verify contact information and medical benefits. Instruct patients on the use of the sam® device and field patient related questions. The position plays an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continued growth of ZetrOZ Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a liaison between field sales activities, distributor partners, customers, and internal operations teams
• Oversee, review, and input all incoming orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing
• Coordinate quoting, and pricing support activities with internal stakeholders and distributor partners
• Manage order entry, order verification, and order release to shipping
• Support customers and distributor partners with marketing materials, product demos, and product supply coordination
• Communication with patients to verify information and support using the sam® device
• Facilitate and support social media posting initiatives on behalf of the company and distribution partners
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and communication logs
• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and leadership teams to resolve customer inquiries and support ongoing business activities
• Assist with follow-up communication regarding orders, shipments, and customer requests
• Support additional operational, customer service, and administrative activities as requested

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, business operations, healthcare administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales support, account coordination, or order processing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business software systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributor partners or sales organizations
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with quoting, contracting, and order fulfillment processes
• Experience supporting marketing or social media initiatives
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
