Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
This role involves performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The Medical Lab Technician will utilize specialized equipment and maintain laboratory quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including specialized automated analyzers, centrifuges, pipettors, microscopes, and the Pevco pneumatic system.
- Accurately processing and analyzing laboratory samples.
- Documenting results and maintaining records as required.
- Adhering to safety and quality control procedures within the laboratory environment.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and conducting tests as directed.
Physical Requirements:
The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
