As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Day Time

Monday 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM

Saturday 09:30 AM - 07:30 PM

Sunday 11:30 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations for site management.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
