- WORK MAIN LINE: must be able to control the flow of Main Wing Cook line ,Drop, Cook, Flip & Control Orders.
-Read & Understand Line Tickets for priority and placement of menu Items
-Ability to MULTI-TASK/ WORK IN FAST PACE
-Communicate with other Staff members
-Work well in HIGH VOLUME situations
-Able to work independently at times and MULT-TASK Well
-Fulfilling work Schedule on a weekly basis (Being Accountable)
-Have Reliable Transportation
