2nd Shift CNC Operator - Temp to hire

Seeking a CNC Operator to fabricate high-quality parts using CNC routers, laser engravers, and related equipment. This role involves reading technical drawings, programming and operating machines, and ensuring products meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Responsibilities & Requirements: Operate CNC equipment and for setup and production Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance Fabricate parts accurately using various materials and cutting methods Track production time and maintain organized work area Follow safety standards and support team production needs 1-3 years CNC experience preferred (Multicam a plus) High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of GD&T and basic measurement tools Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred Indoor production setting with running machinery; full-time, on-site role.
