Step into a dynamic contract role serving students across multiple school sites as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You’ll make a direct impact by supporting students’ growth and development in an educational setting. Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, you’ll work with students and staff to address learning challenges, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure
• Relevant experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to working at multiple school locations
• Passion for fostering student independence and participation
• Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing individualized education and therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy interventions to students in small groups or one-on-one sessions
• Support teachers and staff by recommending adaptive techniques and strategies
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans
• Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled
