CNC MILL Setup Machinist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC MILL SETUP/Operator to join our team! You will operate and repair a variety of CNC mills. Responsibilities: Capable of setting up machines (Our controls are Fanuc, Haas and Okuma. If a person is strong on Fanuc controls, the others would be easy to pick up.) Experience with editing of ‘G-code’ as needed. Reading prints and interpreting tolerance requirements Skilled with standard shop tools and gage techniques. Qualifications: 5 years exp setting up and operating CNC mills Own his/her own measuring hand tools (mics, calipers, indicator & basic hand tools). Triangle provides any specialty gages (i.e. dial bore gages, depth gages, form gages, etc...) Strong analytical and mathematical skills Attention to detail Good track record of punctuality and dependability.
