Immediate Opening for a Personal Lines Producer – Moline, IL Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year About the Role We are seeking a passionate, hard‑working, experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in our local office. You will establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella insurance and more, and meet monthly sales quotas. Responsibilities Establish, develop relationships with potential clients. Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella insurance, etc. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming sales objections. Become familiar with products, services, systems and participate in training. Meet monthly sales quotas following established processes. Contribute to individual goals and agency success through new business promotion, cross‑selling, and initiatives. Utilize inbound/outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account management. Requirements Property and Casualty insurance license required. Preferred: Sales experience. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (MS Office Suites, Internet browsers).
