Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and the ability to work confidently with Excel. This role involves handling sensitive information related to real estate transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Create and analyze Excel Pivot Tables to support leasing and real estate operations.

• Manage and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Ensure compliance with the Multiple Dwelling Reporting Rule (MDRR) as enforced by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR).

Essential Skills

• 1 year of data entry experience.

• Proficiency in Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
