Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Mechanicburg, PA. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you will complete long‑term care insurance assessments. These hands‑off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence. The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to use a point‑of‑care web application on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation purposes. Responsibilities Complete long‑term care insurance assessments. Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, current medication lists. Evaluate claimant’s functional level of independence. Conduct a brief cognitive screening. Assess ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. Document assessments using a web application in real time. Qualifications Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year RN experience. Proven ability to work independently. Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Pay Range $64,100 – $141,500 annual total cash target pay (full‑time equivalence). $36.98 – $81.63 per visit point. $30.82 – $68.03 hourly rate. This position is not eligible for benefits.
