Hair Stylist Manager – SmartStyle Employment Type Full-Time What the role involves You’ll provide exceptional leadership and guest service, understand guests’ needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations. Desire to lead a salon. Tech‑savvy with ability to perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day. Good reading, writing, and basic math skills. Physical Requirements Good eyesight, including close and color vision, to observe client hair and adjust focus. Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs. Tolerance for exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in hair treatments.
