What You'll Do

• Coordinate and deliver specialized neonatal patient care in the NICU setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with patient transitioning and monitor responses to treatment
• Delegate interventions to healthcare personnel following state regulations
• Support families and communicate effectively within the healthcare team
• Utilize clinical knowledge to prevent complications and delays in care

What You Need

• Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience working in a NICU or neonatal setting
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
