We are building a strong, collaborative team of clinicians committed to clinical excellence, community care, and education.Position Summary: Our Behavioral Health Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seekinganAddictionPsychiatrist to join our dynamic outpatient behavioral health team and serve as core faculty to our recently accredited residency program. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations and is committed to collaborative, person-centered care. This role will focus on outpatient medication-assisted treatment and care for patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will play a key role in resident education related to addiction psychiatry and integrated care. In addition to patient care, a minimum of 10% of your time will be dedicated to teaching and supervising psychiatry residents and other learners. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Medical School Completion of approved residency inPsychiatryFellowship or additional certification inAddiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine Valid NYS and DEA License. At least 1year experience working in a previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic or hospital.Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population.
