Registered Nurse Case Manager

Providing telephonic case management in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager will coordinate resources and develop individualized treatment plans for injured workers in a workers' compensation environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct telephonic outreach for assessments, follow-ups, and care coordination, including formulating clinical case plans Maintain regular contact with injured workers, employers, and providers to facilitate communication and monitor treatment progress Review case records and medical statuses, ensuring appropriate treatment and timely return-to-work placements Required qualifications: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required; Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred Three or more years of clinical experience in acute care and two or more years in medical case management or managed care Knowledge of utilization management, quality improvement, and discharge planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
