Housing Maintenance Lead for HUD & Inspections

ServiceSource is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator in the Town of Florida, NY. You will schedule maintenance requests, purchase equipment, and track invoices for timely property repairs. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and prefer maintenance certification. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively handle contracting and maintenance issues.
