Registered Nurse (RN): Emergency NursingWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including trauma, cardiac, and pediatric cases.Position InformationRole: RNDepartment: Emergency DepartmentWeekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Weekend Shifts: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeksCall Requirements: NonePatient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, 6:1 for fast trackUnit InformationNumber of Beds: 22Equipment: EHR: CernerPatient Population: Adult, pediatric, and geriatricQualificationsRequired Certifications: ACLSBLSTNCCPALSExperience: Minimum of 2 years in emergency nursing, with trauma and pediatric experience preferred.Required Education: Current RN licensePersonality FitThe ideal candidate should be a hard worker, resilient, team-oriented, and easy-going, contributing positively to the department culture.Dress CodeScrub Color: Any color or printUnacceptable Attire: Non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, leggingsOrientation ScheduleOrientation sessions are held bi-weekly.
