Assistant Property Manager - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our NoRi Apartments team in Kansas City, MO . Location: NoRi Apartments 735 NW 60th Street Kansas City, MO 64118 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, some Saturdays Responsibilities:
- Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
- Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
- Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
- Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
- Competitive pay based on experience ($20-$23 hourly!)
- Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure

- 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks' pay bonus (stay bonus)

- $500-$1000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms and conditions apply)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in multifamily housing industry
- Yardi and CRMiQ experience a plus
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong multitasking abilities-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
