Our Pearland location is a vibrant hub featuring a high-volume drive-thru, a private event room, a full-service bar, and catering and delivery services. As an Evening Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients and ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service. - Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Supporting the kitchen team during high-volume service hours. - Following recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and quality. - Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role. - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. - Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively. - Has a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality.
