Looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic and family-oriented environment? Mikki’s Soulfood Café is the place for you! Our Pearland location is a vibrant hub featuring a high-volume drive-thru, a private event room, a full-service bar, and catering and delivery services. We’re growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.
What You'll Do as an Evening Prep CookAs an Evening Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients and ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service. - Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Supporting the kitchen team during high-volume service hours. - Following recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and quality. - Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role. - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. - Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively. - Has a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality.
