The Role Green Paws Chicago is looking for dedicated Pet Care Specialists to provide top-tier dog walking and cat care. This is a full-time position requiring 6-8 hours of availability between 9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday , with occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. We require a minimum one-year commitment . Qualifications Animal Intuition: Comfortable handling various breeds and sizes; prior pet care experience (professional or volunteer) is strongly preferred. Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a track record of dependability. Communication: Excellent customer service skills for interacting with pet parents. Chicago-Tough: Able to navigate the city safely and work through all four seasons (rain, snow, or shine!). Clearance: Must pass a criminal background check. Why Green Paws?
