In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all front desk functions run smoothly through the night. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff Skills Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Ability to perform night audit functions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of P.E.P.
