Chief Marketing Officer

A growing services firm is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its marketing function. This leader will oversee brand management, marketing operations, communications, and team-facing support while translating enterprise priorities into scalable programs and initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of strategic vision and operational execution, providing hands‑on leadership to the marketing team while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. The CMO will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, improving client and partner engagement, and driving consistency across all marketing efforts Key Responsibilities - Marketing Leadership & Operations Lead day‑to‑day management of the marketing function, ensuring alignment with company strategy Develop, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team Establish workflows, service standards, and performance expectations Allocate resources across competing priorities and initiatives Identify and implement opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiency Internal Partnership & Stakeholder Support Oversee marketing support for internal teams and business units Partner with senior leaders to enhance messaging, positioning, and client engagement Provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives and communication approaches Ensure alignment between individual requests and overall brand and business strategy Balance customization needs with enterprise‑wide consistency Brand, Communications & Content Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints Oversee development and quality control of client‑facing materials and campaigns Guide internal and external communications strategies in partnership with stakeholders Lead content strategy, including thought leadership and digital channels Align marketing communications with business development objectives Events & Experience Strategy Oversee planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and client experiences Develop scalable frameworks for events across teams and locations Ensure all experiences reflect brand standards and strengthen relationships Strategic Planning & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and goal setting Support enterprise initiatives requiring integrated marketing efforts Provide regular reporting on performance, priorities, and team capacity Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, leadership, compliance, and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications leadership Proven success leading, developing, and managing teams Experience building and optimizing marketing processes and infrastructure Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decision‑making Excellent organizational and operational leadership capabilities Experience in professional services or related industries preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
